It can become overwhelming to figure out how you need to approach managing a new project. There are many different approaches, methods, and templates. It can be frustrating, even for those of us that have received a project certification (or three!).
In this seminar we will get back to the basics of effective project management.

Ryan is the Founder of Hill City Global in Sofia, Bulgaria.
